The partner. It decides who it takes on and sets the role, the hours and the pay. GTM Engine passes the application on and is not the employer or the contracting party.
Is my application confidential?
Yes. It goes to the partner and nowhere else. Never to your employer, never to a client.
Who should apply?
Australia-based SDRs and AEs with a real track record booking B2B meetings, and numbers you can talk through. The form asks for both.
Can I do this while employed full-time?
Check your employment contract for secondary employment, exclusivity and conflict of interest clauses first, and raise it with the partner if they contact you.
